Welcome to Urban Reality: Personal Protection Training. We offer NRA Certified firearms training courses to law abiding Citizens of Metro-Detroit. Emphasis is given to building skills that will help you protect yourself (and loved ones) in a life threatening situation. Our firearms courses are nationally certified and taught by experienced instructors. The law portion of our CPL/CCW class is taught by a Board Certified Attorney, who is well versed with the Michigan Concealed Carry Law.

If you are interested in obtaining a concealed pistol license (CPL aka CCW) and getting training from instructors who actually care that you are learning and not just going through the motions, Urban Reality: Personal Protection Training is what you are seeking.

We are also available for "one-on-one" private coaching, as well as small group coaching, to help you get more familiar with the proper shooting stance, grip, live-fire practice, and other shooting essentials. We will even assist you with handgun selection by telephone consultation or in-person advice at a local firearms dealer.
