2. Complete the application but DON'T sign it until you are instructed to do so by the County Clerk.

3. The Wayne County Clerk's office is located at the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center. The address is 2 Woodward Avenue, 2nd floor Rm. 201 Detroit, MI 48226

4. Fingerprints can be taken at the Sheriff's Department located at 3100 Henry Ruff Road in Westland for Wayne County residents, call: 734-721-5125 to confirm. City of Detroit residents should have their fingerprints taken at the Detroit Police Department Precinct 1, located at 1300 Beaubien St., Detroit MI (Downtown).
